Travelling by car*
The region is most-easily accessible via car.
For anyone arriving via car on the day of the wedding, we will be asking people to park opposite the village church, which has ample space, and to walk up from there (5 minutes).
For those who would prefer, we recommend pre-booking taxis.
*We will also be providing a periodic return shuttle from the venue to key accommodation areas, from 10pm - 2am. Further details below.
Travelling by plane
The nearest airports to Nestier are:
1) Toulouse‑Blagnac Airport (TLS) — major international airport
About 117–125 km (around 1hr 15 min by car) to Nestier.
Larger airport with many international and UK flights year‑round.
1) Tarbes‑Lourdes‑Pyrénées Airport (LDE) — closest
Approx. 40–42 km (about 35–40 minutes by car) to Nestier.
Small international/regional airport with flights from the UK and Europe in summer (e.g., Ryanair, Air France connections).
Best option for minimal travel time after arrival.
Traveling by train
If you won’t have a car, there’s a train that goes from Toulouse-Blagnac to Montréjeau - Gourdan-Polignan station, which is a 15 minute drive from the venue. The train takes approximately 1 hour. Please reach out if you are looking at travelling this way, and need any help getting from the train station to the venue or your hotel, as we may be able to collect you if we know far enough in advance.
Accommodation
We will be providing a shuttle from the venue to key & close accommodation areas, which will leave hourly from 10pm, with the last shuttle at 2am.
We’ve prepared a list of recommendations for accommodation, shown below.
Please let us know where you’re staying. We will aim to incorporate this into the shuttle route. Where this is not possible, we recommend pre-booking a taxi.
